Running

well i am officially training for my 1st marathon... the Outer Banks http://www.obxmarathon.com/ In Nov, I will be turning 31 that week. so I figure it's time to accomplish a goal.
I think of myself as a very athletic & fit person, but here i am sore just from running 8 miles 3 days in a row on pavement. I think my Knee, Heel, & thighs prefer the treadmill. This is a journey & I will succeed even if i am in pain
